In essence the Oil is the lifeblood of the engine and a sample of which can determine a lot about the condition of your generator.

Our maintenance package allows for the option of taking a sample of the existing oil that we send to our designated laboratories for a qualified report.

The report that you receive provides details any contaminates found such as metal, fuel or water and allows us to pinpoint any potential faults that are developing within the engine.

As the saying goes “prevention is better than the cure” and often this can save you a costly bill somewhere in the not too distant future.

In the case of large generating sets, this procedure is often used as a means of checking the integrity of the oil and to determine if a full oil change is necessary or not, thus potentially saving on the ultimate servicing costs.
